Oh my goodness, such a close shave. This is an exact ripcela of the Rochester floods last year. Our church and Rectory were surrounded and evacuated also . Beware of the subsoil moisture which can (and did) cause major damage in a few months time. I hear that your church people are supporting each other in love as you all go into survivial mode.
